Writing is creativity! Especially for the writer, which has to turn inside out own mind in order to reproduce someone’s duties / tasks / responsibilities into a stand out accomplishment with the right words.

There’s a simple formula. Every one of the accomplishments should be presented as:
Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y] by doing [Z].
This formula is suitable for everybody. In every activity there is an accomplishment: no matter the field. Even there are not statistical data, there is a way to find the right words in order to show the accomplishment.

You will ask: Why would require the creativity?
My answer: Because every person has its ego, and a writer should find the best words ‘between the lines’ to make that special accomplishment stand out.

E.g. (suggestions are in italics)
Candidate with skill-based accomplishments
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Friendly and positive attitude
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude as demonstrated by receiving employee of the month in four consecutive months in 2014.

Using this formula “accomplished [X] as measured by [Y] by doing [Z]” recruiters will take you noticed.

Please find in this article a detailed answer why converting the activities into a stand out accomplishment needs creativity. And I agree with this.
